Luke’s corporate organization is led by three owners who direct the day to day activities of the company. Each is committed to the values and ideals which exemplify Luke.

Jim Barfield serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Luke. He is a co-owner and co-founder of Luke. Prior to Luke, Jim was President/CEO of a company providing technical and business development support for clients in support of Government contracts. In addition, he has held a variety of increasingly responsible positions with Fortune 500 corporations. Jim has lived majority of his life on the Space Coast of Florida growing up around the U.S. Space Program. Jim is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Health. He earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida concentrating in Health Policy and Management. Jim is certified by the American Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is active in the local community where he is a member of the Association of the U.S. Army, the Air Force Association, a Board Member of the National Space Club Florida Committee and a member of the Space Coast Chapter of the Civilian Military Council (CivMil).

Glen Bottomley serves as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Luke. He is a co-owner and co-founder of Luke. Prior to Luke, Glen was Program Manager for On-Site Medical Programs in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Baggage Screener Program and Department of Interior Medical Examinations Program throughout the U.S. and its territories. He was also an Executive Vice President for an aerospace firm providing services to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Glen has lived the majority of his life on the Space Coast of Florida growing up around the U.S. Space Program. Glen held increasingly responsible positions in the education field for 12 years culminating as an Assistant Principal before taking a position in the aerospace industry. Glen is a graduate of the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned a Master of Education Leadership degree from the University of South Florida. Glen is certified in Education Leadership and Education K-12.

Rich Hall serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Luke. He is a co-owner and co-founder of Luke. Prior to Luke, Rich was President/CEO of a company providing Information Management and Technology Consulting and custom application development services. He built his company into a full-service Microsoft© Certified Partner providing ERP/MRP/CRM data integration, online collaboration systems, IT security, workflow analysis and enterprise management systems. Rich was born in Florida and has lived on the Space Coast of Florida for over 10 years. Rich is a graduate of Troy State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science. He is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
