We provide organized, analytic assessments which are used to fully understand issues and make informed decisions. We have designed and developed systems and processes to monitor performance and provide objective data to assist in evaluating difficult, multifaceted issues.

Luke has developed software and systems that provide ongoing information to support a study, analysis or evaluation. Our Integrated Data Environment (IDE) incorporates many functions which provide important data and reports used in studies and analysis. An example is the work flow management tool we use to track status and to minimize errors and quality issues. We are fully qualified to develop a wide range of process tools for studies.
